About Karolina
Welcome to your practice
I love creating a calm, welcoming space where you can just be you. No fancy gear, no complicated sequences, no expensive apps — just a simple, consistent practice that supports your body, your breath and your nervous system, so you can feel a little more grounded and present in your life.
I've been practising yoga for over ten years — which doesn't mean I can do a headstand, by the way… :) I fell in love with yoga because it held me through some of the hardest chapters of my life — grief, loneliness, burnout. When everything felt loud and overwhelming, yoga gave me a way back to myself.
Through movement, breath and philosophy, it taught me to slow down. To live in the present. It gave me a framework to calm my mind, regulate my nervous system and gently tune out the noise of the outside world. Yoga gave me tools and now I want to share them with you.
Now, I share those same practices with others.
“We don’t use the body to get into the pose, we use the pose to get into the body”
Whether you're completely new to yoga or returning to your mat after some time away, you're welcome here. My hope is that every class leaves you feeling a little more connected to yourself, a little more at ease in your body, and a little better equipped to navigate the ups and downs of everyday life.
