Chair Yoga in Elstree & Borehamwood | Gentle & Accessible Yoga Classes

Chair yoga class to build strength, improve mobility, and support accessible movement in a friendly, welcoming space where everyone can move at their own pace.

What to expect in class?

Seated chair yoga practice with people gently stretching arms overhead in a peaceful indoor setting.

Chair yoga is a slow, supportive practice where the chair is there to help you feel safe, steady, and comfortable. You'll move at your own pace, gently build strength, improve mobility, and leave feeling a little more like yourself.

It's a wonderful option if getting down to the floor doesn't feel comfortable, if you're recovering from injury, managing stiffness, or simply looking for a more accessible way to enjoy the benefits of yoga.

No experience is needed - come as you are.
