Online Yoga for Sleep | Gentle Monday Evening Class
Gentle yoga class to help you unwind, slow your breath, and get ready for evening rest
Sixty slow minutes, once a week, to unhook from your day and ease into rest. No mat skills needed, just a quiet corner and a willingness to slow down.
What to expect in class?
Every week we meet online for a slow, restful hour designed to help your body gently unwind from the day.
You’ll be guided through simple, supported shapes held for longer periods, paired with steady breathing and a calming pace that helps your nervous system soften.
Nothing fast, nothing too complicated, just space to slow down and land back in yourself. By the end, you’ll feel quieter, heavier in the best way, and more ready for rest than for anything else on your screen.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Not at all. This class is designed with beginners in mind as well as more seasoned practitioners. Everything is guided step by step. You’ll be invited to move slowly, rest often, and take each shape in a way that feels right for your body on the day.
-
Yes, this class is designed exactly for those moments. The pace is slow and grounding, with an emphasis on helping your system settle rather than energise.
-
Yes. You don’t need flexibility for this practice. Every shape can be adapted to meet your body exactly where it is.
-
This is a gentle Yin-style practice. That means we move slowly and hold simple shapes for longer periods of time, allowing the body to soften rather than stretch or push. It’s more about stillness than effort, and about giving your nervous system space to settle. Think of it as time to land back in your body, rather than work it out.
-
Anything soft and comfortable you can truly relax in. Pyjamas are completely welcome. Think layers, cosy socks, and anything that helps you feel held and warm rather than restricted.
-
A yoga mat if you have one, plus anything that helps you feel supported: a blanket, a couple of cushions, folded towels, or even pillows from your bed. Yoga blocks are great if you have them, but anything at home can be used creatively to support your body.

Cameras are always optional.

Every session is recorded and sent to you within 24 hours, so you can practise in your own time. Your week doesn't pause for anyone, your yoga shouldn't have to either.

You’re very welcome in class. Everything is optional and adaptable, and you’re encouraged to move in a way that feels supportive for your body. If you’re recovering from an injury or managing a condition, you may want to check in with a healthcare professional first, and you can always let me know before class if there’s anything I should be mindful of so you can then modify the shapes to suit your body.
